Enquiry & Requirements
We begin by discussing your requirements in detail — whether you have drawings, CAD files, sketches, or an existing component that needs replicating or improving. At this stage we clarify materials, tolerances, operating conditions, quantities, lead times, and any special considerations such as wear resistance, surface finish or load-bearing requirements.
Assessment & Feasibility

Design & Programming

Manufacturing & Fabrication

Inspection & Quality Assurance
Each part undergoes rigorous inspection to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish and conformity to specification. We carry out measurement, testing and full quality checks — providing documentation and traceability where required. Our focus is always on delivering components that perform exactly as intended.
Delivery & Aftercare
Once approved, components are securely packaged and dispatched. We remain on hand for aftercare, including maintenance, repeat orders, adjustments, or future modifications. If your component forms part of a larger assembly or ongoing repair cycle, we can support long-term engineering and lifecycle requirements.

Hurco TM8i
The newest edition of Regina’s Turning Centres. Equipped with a fully automated bar-feeder, Regina has invested in the ability to auto-run large quantity turned parts. With the ability to run over-night, Regina can be very competitive with high-volume turned parts up to 58mm in bar width.
